Prime Solutions was built on a simple idea: do the work right, and treat people the way you'd want to be treated. Ken started the company 16 years ago, but his roots in construction go back more than 25 years. That experience shapes every project we take on, from a new set of windows in Joliet to a full kitchen remodel in Yorkville.

We work across a wide stretch of northern and northeastern Illinois, including Ottawa, Oswego, Plainfield, Peru, LaSalle, Dixon, Sterling, Mendota, Sublette, and Amboy. These are our neighbors. When we show up to a job, we're not just completing a checklist. We're working on someone's home, and that matters to us.

Our services cover a lot of ground because homeowners' needs do too. We handle siding, windows, and doors. We do interior and exterior painting, flooring, kitchen and bath work, and full home remodeling. We build decks, covered porches, screen rooms, and patios. We also pour walkways and construct retaining walls, and we take on new room additions when families need more space.
